About us

'Sucette' was born from a simple, playful word : French for lollipop. Sweet, nostalgic, instantly familiar.

Behind the name lies a quieter inspiration, 'Réglisse' : French for liquorice. Less obvious, more intriguing. A taste that unfolds slowly, sometimes unexpected, always memorable. Dark, smooth, and complex, liquorice carries a certain mystery, an elegance that reveals itself over time. Like a classic fairground lollipop, there is a sense of delight and ritual. But here, the experience is more intimate. More refined. You don’t rush it,  you discover it. There is a way to enjoy it, a gesture, a rhythm, something personal. This duality defines Sucette.

Sucette is a Paris-based brand, created by Thai artist and designer Pring Bunnag. Bridging Paris and Thailand, the brand reflects a dialogue between cultures - where French spirit meets Thai craftsmanship.

While imagined in Paris, every piece is sourced and made in Thailand. From the selection of handwoven materials to the final construction, the process remains deeply rooted in local expertise and tradition.

The collections echo this same language of sensation. Dressing becomes an act of wrapping, knotting, revealing, undoing. Fabrics glide over the skin with a fluid, almost edible texture. There is pleasure not only in how they look, but in how they are worn.

At the heart of Sucette is Thai silk - chosen for its exceptional texture, luminosity, and depth. Sourced from a tradition that spans centuries, it brings both heritage and tactility into every piece. The colors, prints and textures are rich, appetising.

Like liquorice itself, Sucette embraces contrast: raw yet delicate, bold yet subtle, playful yet sophisticated. It is a taste that may feel acquired, but once understood, universal.

Sucette is not just something you wear. It is something you experience, in your own way.
